About the internship
We are looking for a dynamic, energetic intern who is eager to learn about our company and work closely with the Career Services team to conduct research, capture data, train, and counsel students on a regular basis. To be successful as an Intern, you should be willing to help with any tasks assigned by a supervisor.
You will be involved in upcoming projects as well as assisting with current campaigns.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Coordinate and deliver tailored training initiatives for students
2. Prepare and Schedule training sessions for students
3. Working directly with students to develop solutions and set achievable goals
4. Providing students with materials related to a career of their choice or career counselling to suit their skills
5. Developing, monitoring, and assisting 1:1 with counseling programs
6. Evaluate individual and organizational development needs
7. Learn and implement various learning methods (e.g., coaching, job shadowing, online training)
8. Assess the success of development plans and help students make the most of learning opportunities
9. Maintain the database of students along with generating performance reports of students

3. Patient, friendly, and accommodating personality.
4. Social perceptiveness and an understanding of body language.
