As a Law/Legal intern at RAS Media & Entertainment Private Limited, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our legal team and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of entertainment law. You will have the chance to assist with drafting and reviewing contracts, conducting legal research, and providing support on a wide range of legal matters.
Key responsibilities:
1. Assist with drafting and reviewing contracts related to talent agreements, licensing agreements, and more.
2. Conduct legal research on industry regulations and best practices.
3. Provide support on intellectual property matters, including trademarks and copyrights.
4. Assist with compliance efforts and ensure that the company is following all legal requirements.
5. Collaborate with the legal team on litigation matters and other legal disputes.
6. Attend meetings and hearings with attorneys to gain real-world legal experience.
7. Assist with other legal-related tasks and projects as needed.
