About the internship

Location: Dwarka Sec19b, Delhi, 110075

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels (online job portals, social media, referrals) to source potential candidates for open positions.
2. Screening and Assessment: Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
3. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
4. Candidate Engagement: Maintain regular communication with candidates to keep them informed about the status of their application.
5. Database Management: Update and maintain candidate databases and recruitment systems with accurate candidate information.
6. Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks such as drafting job descriptions, preparing offer letters, and organizing recruitment-related documents.
7. Learning and Development: Actively participate in training sessions and workshops to develop recruitment skills and industry knowledge.
8. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure seamless execution of recruitment processes and achieve hiring goals.

Other requirements

1. Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

4. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

5. Proficiency in MS Office applications.

6. Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of recruitment.
