1. Proven experience as a technical recruiter or in a similar role, with a focus on technical positions
2. Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and industry trends
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
5. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
6. A bachelors degree in engineering, human resources, business, or a related field is preferred
