Client Servicing Internship

Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site client support trainee role located in Gurugram. The Client Support Trainee will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and communicating with other teams to ensure client satisfaction. The trainee will also troubleshoot technical problems and document interactions.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Client Assistance: Provide first-level support to clients via phone, email, or remote assistance, addressing their technical queries and issues in a timely and professional manner
2. Problem Resolution: Diagnose the issues, escalating more complex problems to senior support department when necessary
3. Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, including issues, resolutions, and follow-up actions, utilizing our ticketing system
4. Training: Assist clients in understanding and effectively utilizing IT systems, applications, and tools through clear communication and guidance
5. Collaboration: Work closely with other support team members to share knowledge, solve problems, and contribute to a positive team environment
6. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest technologies, updates, and industry trends to enhance your knowledge and skills
