We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Tele Caller & Data Entry Associate interns. In this role, you will assist us in outreach efforts and data management tasks to support our educational programs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to potential partners, donors, and volunteers to promote our initiatives and programs.
2. Conduct follow-up calls to maintain communication and build relationships with stakeholders.
3. Enter data accurately and efficiently into our database systems.
4. Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with people over the phone.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in tele-calling or data entry is preferred but not required.
