About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handle incoming calls and inquiries from customers with professionalism and empathy
2. Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries, resolve issues, and gather feedback
3. Assist in maintaining call center systems and databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
4. Collaborate with team members to optimize call center workflows and improve efficiency
5. Provide administrative support, such as data entry and documentation, as needed

Who can apply

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

Other requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Possess technology proficiency, be adept at using it, and have familiarity with various tech tools

Willing to work 6 days a week

Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus but not required
